MOVEMENT REVIEW

This package is designed to help you move more and exercise with confidence by focusing on how your body moves, how often you are active, and what may be holding you back from consistent movement.

In the initial session, we will review your current exercise routine, daily movement patterns, physical abilities, and goals, and identify areas where activity can be safely increased or adjusted.

During the follow-up session, we will address challenges such as stiffness, fatigue, low motivation, or discomfort with exercise, and develop practical, personalized strategies to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall physical activity. Within one week of the final appointment, you will receive a clear summary and action plan to help you build sustainable movement and exercise habits.
