My Story

My Journey to Becoming a Health and Lifestyle Coach

I am passionate about guiding women over 40 to success by helping them deal with stress, anxiety, fears, and limiting beliefs.

HOW IT HAPPENED?

Working as a pharmacist and counseling thousands of patients helped me realize that many people today rely on more and more medications yet still feel stressed, tired, and unwell. After over 3 decades in pharmacy, I saw that true health isn’t just about prescriptions. It’s about uncovering the root causes holding you back and making simple, natural changes that transform your energy, sleep, and well-being.

Seeing so many women over 40 struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, and lifestyle-related conditions broke my heart. The fast pace of retail pharmacy made it difficult to provide the in-depth support people truly needed. I knew I needed a different approach.

I began digging deeper into a wide range of topics, from psychology to nutrition and everything in between. I wanted to help women love themselves, honor their bodies, take charge of their life, and become the person they deserve to be.

That’s when I decided to become a Health and Life Coach. I learned powerful methods that transform people’s lives by creating lasting habits. Talking is easy, but real change requires guidance, accountability, and a system that helps the brain break free from old patterns.

I am from Cuenca, Ecuador. I was a happy child and teenager, raised in a happy, hard-working middle-class family along with seven sisters. We were all full of dreams.

At the age of 26 I graduated as a Doctor of Biochemistry and Pharmacy. I opened my first retail pharmacy. Over the next 15 years I built my first pharmacy into a well-known and successful chain of 9 retail stores.

However, a national currency crisis spelled the end of the business. Suddenly, with 3 daughters to support, no money, no business, and no job, I became depressed.

I sought professional help and was prescribed antidepressants. I took them for 3 days and told myself, I am not going to do this to myself. A pill is not going to fix my problems. I need to move on.

In 2008, at the age of 42, I consulted with elderly family members, my mother and daughters, and decided to travel to the United States on a student visa to study English and take a gap year. It was so hard to accept that all my hard work of 15 years had disappeared like water on my hands. I cried all the time feeling so guilty about what happened.

While in the United States I decided to take the exams to become a pharmacist. I was so blessed as I found angels everywhere who helped me every step along my path. When we work hard and persevere… the results come sooner or later.

Now, as a Health and Life Coach, I’m passionate about helping adults over 40 reclaim their health and live with confidence and purpose.

With the right support, proper accountability, and a proven system, I can definitely be the person who holds your hand and helps you achieve your dreams and build a joyful and successful life.

Over the past few years, I have helped many women transform their lives, and I truly love what I do. There is nothing more rewarding than supporting someone as they rise into the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
