This Package aims to help you optimize your medications making sure that they are safe for you while getting the most benefit from them.
Initial Review: In the first session we will review your Health History Form, discuss your current and past medications, as well as the lab results that you have available; and will order other labs if needed.
Medication Issues: In the second session, we will discuss any medication related problems you may be having. It includes and is not limited to: interactions, duplications, side effects, etc. Supplement recommendations will also be discussed as appropriate.
Within one week of our final appointment you will receive a document highlighting what we talked about. It is important that you talk with your provider(s) to let them know, so that they can review your medications and monitor you more closely.
